Hue 2.2.0 is compatible with CDH4.2 (Cloudera’s Distribution Including Apache Hadoop 4.2).

The Oozie application has been restyled completely and now supports Ajax refreshes
A Cloudera Impala app was added
Beeswax/Hive editor is more user friendly
FileBrowser was restyled and now includes bulk and recursive operations (e.g. multiple deletes)
JobBrowser is compatible with YARN and job logs can be accessed in one click
UserAdmin was restyled and LDAP integration was improved
MySql InnoDB and PostgreSQL are officially supported

3. Compatibility

Hue 2.2.0 runs on CentOS versions 5 to 6, and Ubuntu 10.04 to 12.10.

Hue 2.2.0 is compatible with CDH4.2. Specifically:

File Browser depends on Hadoop 0.20 (for WebHDFS/HttpFS).
Beeswax is tested against Hive 0.10.0.
Job Designer depends on Oozie 3.3, using the Oozie web service API.
